We specialize in repairing laptops that are no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. It is your responsibility to determine the warranty status of your device before seeking our services.

 

2. Warranty Verification:

3. Independent Service Provider:

We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any manufacturer, including Dell Inc. Our services are solely intended for out-of-warranty devices and do not affect the original manufacturer’s warranty in any way.

4. Service Acceptance:

We reserve the right to accept or reject any repair request at our sole discretion. We will provide you with a detailed written estimate, including the cost, estimated completion timeframe, and any identified issues, before commencing any repairs.

Backing up your data:

We cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

Providing a valid and complete description of the issue:

This helps us assess the problem and provide an accurate estimate.

Payment:

Payment for our services is due upon completion of the repair. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated to you during the service intake process.

Warranty on Repairs:

We offer a limited warranty on our repairs. The duration, specific terms, and limitations of this warranty will be provided to you in writing at the time of service.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service itself. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to our services.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute concerning these Terms or arising out of or related to our service shall be governed by the laws of West Bengal and resolved in the courts located therein.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
